PROJECT COMMENCEMENT:
Upon recieipt of payment, we will immediately schedule your project, allocate staff and begin configuration of your site on a temporary workspace. You will then receive our communication with a list of information we need specific to you and your business. As soon as your completed for has been submitted, your project will be completed.
WARRANTY:
Due to the nature of the services we provide - there are no refunds or returns once work has begun on your project. There is an entire team being put at your disposal the moment your order is received and we go to work on your behalf to create a custom solution based upon your unique needs.
If we are hosting your site as part of our monthly DFY Traffic programs, you are free to cancel at anytime, given 30 days notice. During the final 30 day period we will move your site to a hosting location of your choosing if it was previously hosted on our servers, and your final payment will cover the labor for the cost of this move.
IEC MENTORING: In the case of IEC Mentorying Services - there is no refund on unused hours. Mentorning rates are based on generous discounts and in order for a calculation of any refund, the hours spent would revert to the non-discounted rate resulting in a higher balance than the original amount paid - so therefore, no refunds are given on unused balances. You may however gift your hours to someone else (based upon their approval into our program) or simply utilize the balance of hours at a later date and/or some other agreed upon and approved project in advance.
PAYMENTS TERMS AND OWNERSHIP:
Your Site(s) - whether you have made a one-time "Done For You," purchase or are part of our ongoing monthly DFY Traffic program, your site will always be yours, and as such you are able to do anything you want with it.
Monthly Payments: All DFY Traffic payments are processed on the 1st of each month, regardless of the date of the site purchase. If for any reason your monthly payment is declined, there will be two additional attempts. Failure to honor monthly payments will result in monthly activity suspension on your site.
